Annotation: The 19th ICLS adopted new standards in October 2013 concerning Statistics of Work, employment and labour underutilization. The new standards are a revision, expansion and clarification of the previously existing standards on labour statistics. They provide an opportunity for the gradual introduction of new concepts, definitions and terms, the revision of existing time series of indicators and will contribute to better international comparability of labour statistics.
