The Resolution is an update of the Resolution on Labor Force, Employment and Underutilization Statistics adopted by the 19th ICLS. The terminology of the Resolution is aligned with that of the International Classification of Activities for Time Use Statistics (ICATUS 2016) adopted at the 48th session of the United Nations Statistical Commission (2017), as well as the definitions underlying the Sustainable Development Goal Indicators.
