The Resolution is a fundamental document for the organization of statistics of wages and salaries and related working time. The Resolution outlines the program of current statistics of wages and working time and the program of organization of statistics of structure and distribution of wages (by occupations, sex, establishments of different sizes, age groups, level of education, composition and elements of earnings and other features). Special attention is paid to wage rates (both those established by law and those actually paid). A separate section is devoted to statistics of agricultural wages and salaries.
