The concept of labor costs (labor cost) describes the actual costs incurred by employers in the use of wage labor. The resolution relating to labor costs was adopted to ensure the development of indicators of the level, composition and dynamics of labor costs, to define concepts and methods of data collection, grouping of data, to improve international comparability of data. The resolution adopted the International Standard Classification of Labor Costs.
